The 14 contestants along with reigning queen, Annette Lamb, prepare to start the pageant. Litasha Blair is named Miss Congeniality. Wendy Hopper is named the Non-Finalist Interview winner. Bethany Kinney is named 3rd runner-up.

Laurel Jenks is named 2nd runner-up. Allison Scherer is named 1st runner-up. Megan Davis is named the 2004 Kosciusko County Fair Queen. Annette Lamb gives her farewell speech.

Newly crowned queen Megan Davis with pageant directors Nikki Hurley and Jamie Martin. Six former queens attended the 2004 pageant including (l-r): Jamie (Teel) Martin, 1997; Heather Lamb Lechlitner, 1999; Alyssa Bott, 2000; Stephanie (Wilson) Boyd, 2001; Caylyne De Good, 2002; and Annette Lamb, 2003.
