And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. 23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. 24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

{Mark 11:22-24}

Supernatural recovery from horrible wreck!

July 3, 2007

    Our daughter, S_, and 7 year old granddaughter, D_, were involved in a terrible car accident. The car they were in was broadsided by a large van. D_ took the full impact of the crash, trapped and crushed in the twisted wreckage for almost an hour. S_ was cut and bruised and had a cracked pelvis, but was otherwise okay

    But D_ (according to their report) was not well. When we arrived at the hospital, the chaplain was called to talk to us before they would tell us anything about D_’s condition. They said she was in a deep coma, She had brain damage and paralysis. If she lived ??? she wouldn't be able to talk or walk again. That’s IF she lived. The chaplain wanted to give her “last rites,” but I told her that we wouldn't be needing her services for that!

    A couple of days later the hospital requested that another chaplain come and give last rites for D_?! I told him that D_ was healed and would be going home soon! Well, that didn't give me any favors from the nursing staff, as they were preparing for her death. You see, Brother D_ S_ and myself  had already anointed her with oil and laid hands on her for healing. It was finished. The prayer of faith WILL heal the sick.

    Isaiah 53:4–5 “4 Surely he hath borne our diseases, and carried our pains: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”

    Whose report will you believe ? The hospital’s? Or God’s?

    Psalm 103:1–5 “1 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. 2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: 3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; 4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; 5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.”

    Forgives all; heals all! We took God’s report to be true!

August 26, 2007

    54 days after the wreck, D_ was seated next to us for praise and worship at our local assembly.

October 1, 2007

    D_ returned to school. S_ had returned to work within 3 weeks. They told her it would be 6 months before she could do that??? Whose report did she believe?

Back to the Lord!

    My name is D_ L_. I returned to the Lord about a month ago, after walking in a spiritual desert for a couple of years. I found Faith Assembly online, and fell in love with the truth again! I was saved under Brother Freeman's Ministry, in a small house church (only 3). I have been delivered from a spirit of narcolepsy, for which I could find no relief. The Lord continues to bless me as I grow! I have much more growth, but, praise God, staying in Him, I’ll never fail!
